Effective Date: September 11, 2026
Caradise has no in-app analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It is completely free. We receive only Apple's standard developer reports and information you provide through support or beta testing, as described below.
Caradise is provided by PSQV AB, Sweden. This policy explains privacy in the Caradise app, Apple's standard reporting services, beta testing, and communications with us. PSQV AB is responsible for personal data we process for the purposes described below.
Caradise is an independent educational and editorial product exploring automotive design and history. Consistent with the disclaimer in the app, the 3D models displayed in Caradise are artistic recreations used for historical and educational purposes only. They are not official products of, nor are they endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with, the original manufacturers or rights holders.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing in the app are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and historical context.
The current release of Caradise is completely free to download and use. It includes no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. We do not collect or process payment information through the app.
Caradise does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not add code to track how you use the app or to send usage analytics to us or to third-party analytics services. We use only the standard reports and diagnostics Apple makes available to developers through App Store Connect, as explained below.
Apple processes information when you use the App Store and Apple services under its own privacy notices. App Store Connect provides developers with standard information such as download statistics, aggregated app usage reports, and available diagnostics. Some usage and diagnostic information depends on your choices to share analytics with Apple and app developers; not every App Store report depends on those choices.
We use Apple's reports to understand downloads and app performance and to identify and fix problems. Apple describes its app analytics reporting as aggregated or in a form that does not personally identify you. This is separate from the support and TestFlight information described below.
Read Apple's App Analytics privacy notice and App Store privacy notice. You can manage optional analytics sharing in your device's privacy settings; see Apple's instructions.
If you test Caradise through TestFlight, Apple makes beta-testing information available to us. This can include installation and session information, crashes, device and operating-system details, and feedback or screenshots you submit. Your name and email address may also be available, depending on how you join the beta and submit feedback. We use this information to administer testing, investigate issues, improve Caradise, and respond to feedback.
TestFlight has its own data-sharing arrangements, which differ from App Store analytics. See Apple's TestFlight privacy notice. You can stop participating using TestFlight's Stop Testing option; this does not automatically delete information already received.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, message, or attachments you provide. We use these to respond to your request and resolve issues. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information that is not needed for your request.
Where support correspondence, beta feedback, or diagnostics contain personal data, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing support, administering beta testing, and maintaining a reliable app (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We consider your rights when doing so, and you may object. Where we must retain or disclose information to meet a legal obligation, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(c). Apple's processing and your analytics-sharing choices are governed separately by Apple's notices.
We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by the service providers needed to operate support communications and beta testing, including our email provider and Apple. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Apple and other service providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where a transfer of personal data for which we are responsible requires safeguards, these must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your data. Apple's notices explain its own international processing.
We retain support correspondence and any personal beta-testing or diagnostic information we hold only as long as needed to address the request, investigate and resolve the issue, and handle related follow-up. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing legal claim requires longer retention. The relevant factors are whether the request or issue remains open, whether the information is still needed for that purpose, and any applicable legal retention requirement.
Apple controls the availability and retention of information within its services under its own policies. You can contact us to request deletion of personal data we control. Stopping testing or changing analytics settings does not itself erase information previously received.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions; we cannot identify you from genuinely anonymous reports.
Use the contact details below for privacy requests. We normally respond within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law. You may also complain to Sweden's Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local data protection authority. Apple handles requests concerning personal data it controls independently under its own privacy notices.
This page is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and securing it involves processing connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. The website also uses Netlify's real user monitoring to measure page performance. These website services are separate from the Caradise app and its lack of in-app analytics. See Netlify's privacy statement and its performance-monitoring documentation. This app policy is not a complete notice for other interactive features of the Caradise website.
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date above. For all privacy questions, access or deletion requests, and enquiries about service providers or transfer safeguards, contact PSQV AB at info@psqv.me.
